Our executive villa is in a quiet location on the edge of Calabay Parc, Davenport, Orlando, a superior development on Highway 27 close to Walt Disney World and other major attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities are nearby. It is also close to a number of golf courses, some of championship standard. Calabay Parc prides itself on the quality and appearance of the site and all villas are built to a high standard, are well designed, fully equipped and comfortably furnished to provide all you need for a superb holiday. Our fully air conditioned villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two master, en-suite, bedrooms and a further two twin bed bedrooms. A double sofa bed in the family room enables occupation by up to 10 guests. The villa has a secluded private screened pool area with heated pool, covered lanai and extended sun deck. The pool area is not directly overlooked and the pool and lanai have lighting and are ideal for after dark entertainment. The spacious accommodation also includes a family room, excellent well equipped fitted kitchen, with a breakfast nook, and separate formal dining room. Full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility room and all crockery, cutlery and linen are provided. Hair dryers are also provided. The villa has many additional features, including Cable TV in the family room and both master bedrooms, a VCR in Family room, and two radio/CD players. Ceiling fans are fitted in the family room, main master bedroom and lanai for added comfort. Telephones, with free local calls, are available in the breakfast nook and main master bedroom. There is also a range of luxury pool furniture. The villa satisfies all fire and safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful management company who will be happy to assist with any queries, and are available 24 hours a day should the need arise. Discounts are available for last minute and longer term bookings
