Three bedroom villa 5 mins from Gulf Coast beach

Heron`s Watch is a small private estate of some 30 executive houses and is just a stone`s throw from the Gulf of Mexico. The nearest & best beach in the area is on Anna Maria Island, which is 5 minutes away by car and has free parking; beach café, toilets and children`s play area. Additionally there is a very pleasant wooded area with barbeque facilities and plenty of squirrels to share your food with! The beach is beautifully kept and very safe, we have often seen dolphins playing just off shore.
The house is situated in a tranquil setting about ¼ mile south of the main Cortez Road where there is an excellent selection of eating establishments, shops and leisure facilities including Go-carting, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and a multi screen cinema complex.
It is possible to hire jet skis, go out fishing or para sailing and of course there are numerous golf courses that the public can play on.
The accommodation is all on one level and consists of:-
Master bedroom en suite (his & hers sinks, walk in shower, whirlpool bath) large walk in wardrobe and patio doors to the caged sun deck and pool area. The master suite occupies the whole of one side of the house and can be shut off from the remainder for complete privacy
Two further double bedrooms, on the opposite side of the house, with shared bathroom. One of these bedrooms also has patio doors to the pool and sun deck area.
The remainder of the house is open plan and furnished to a very high standard, and consists of:-

There is a double garage with remote control opening for the up & over door. There is also a substantial grassed area with lake views from the house and pool deck.
