This luxury 5 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom villa is situated on a large corner plot of a quiet community. It has its own private 30` pool. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, is fully air conditioned/heated and is just 10 minutes from the gates of Disney`s Animal Kingdom.

There are 4 cable TVs and videos. One in the lounge. Master bed, queen bed and one of the twin bedded rooms.

The lounge has two three-seater sofas and a love-seat. There is a full dining area. The patio doors in the lounge allow access to the pool area via child alarmed doors. There is a lanai for those who prefer some shaded area. The pool is fenced for privacy but left open on one corner to gain full advantage of the open aspect at the rear. Just sit by the pool and watch the fireworks go up over Disney. The pool can be heated during those cooler days and pool furniture is included.

There are five bedrooms: the master, overlooking the pool, has a king-size bed, en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom also overlooking the pool has a queen-size bed. There are three further twin bedded rooms. A sofa bed in the lounge enables this villa to sleep 12 quite comfortably. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freeze and waste disposal, toaster, coffer maker etc. All cutlery, crockery, utensils, etc are provided. There is a breakfast dining area in the kitchen. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are in the double garage.

The master ensuite has double washbasins, walk-in-shower and WC. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC and washbasin. There is a further WC/washbasin. All towels and linens are provided. A hairdryer is also provided.

High chair and cot can be provided at an extra small weekly cost.

The villa is on a quiet community situated on the US27 just one mile north with its junction with the US192.
