The villa is in Indian Point, a semi residential estate just off the popular Highway 192, which is packed with restaurants, dinner shows, bars, shops and water parks, etc. and the 24 hour Wal -Mart superstore is only a two minute drive from Indian Point. The development itself is in a peaceful award winning conservation area which is ideal to come back to after a long, busy day at the parks.

The villa is ideally situated being only a 10 minute drive from Disney and within 20 minutes of all the other main attractions in the central Florida area.

Our villa comes with spacious bedrooms, the master has a large walk in closet and Queen sized bed, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom divides the other bedrooms. Everything is provided for your convenience, including a hair dryer and all towels and linen. A crib and high chair are provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, hob, kettle, coffee maker and waste disposal unit. There is also a breakfast area as well as a bar opening on to the living room. The villa has a full size washer, dryer and telephone. The home also has a double car garage. Patio doors open onto the pool side area which has comfortable loungers and a table and chairs for your relaxation. The living room is open plan and tastefully furnished, with a separate dining area and cable TV
