Hampton Lakes is set amidst orange groves and gently rolling hills and is an exciting new development of luxuriously appointed homes. It boasts among other things a communal swimming pool with changing and toilet facilities, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts and a children`s play area.

It`s a dedicated rental community and not like many others in the area, which are a mixture of residential and rental properties. The whole community is well maintained by a homeowners association who ensure that all lawns, trees and plant beds are cared for.
