The ground floor also comprises a twin bedroom with good wardrobe space and convenient access to the ground floor bathroom.This is where you will find the Playstation.The first floor comprises two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with good wardrobe space and access to a family bathroom.
A cot is also provided.

The master bathroom is a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with oversized tub, large shower, double basin vanity unit and adjacent WC.
The two additional bathrooms also contain large showers, vanity units and toilets.
Family Room
High vaulted ceilings give a spacious feeling. Comfortably furnished with cable TV ,dvd and video players plus a 3disc cd player. Doors and windows to pool area are alarmed for security.
Kitchen & Breakfast Nook
Fully fitted with cooker, microwave, dishwasher large fridge/freezer, all utensils you need for a meal at home.
A high chair and cot is also provided.

Suitable for formal - or not so formal meals!

The rear of the villa backs on to a screened private family patio and pool area.
The pool surround is cool decked for added comfort and the whole area is fully screened.

Our villa is conveniently located on Highway 27, just 1.5 miles south of it`s junction with Highway 192.
Disney World is just 10 minutes drive away.
There is easy access to Gulf and Space coasts and other area attractions.
Within 5 minutes drive there is a large 24hour supermarket and a public library for bookworms, with

1. Provisional bookings can be made by telephone, fax or email to ensure the accommodation is available on the dates you require. A provisional booking will be held for 2 days to allow you to get the deposit to us.
2. A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 is required in the form of a cheque made payable to Jan Smith.
3. A provisional booking will not constitute a firm reservation until we have received the deposit. Receipt will be confirmed immediately by phone, fax or email.
4. Payment of the rental balance must be paid eight weeks before rental commences along, with a refundable £200 security deposit, which will be returned within two weeks of the end of the rental period subject to the management company inspection.
5. In the event of the cancellation the following charges will apply:
Up to 8 weeks Forfeit Deposit
8 - 5 weeks 50% of Rental Charge
5 weeks - departure 70% of Rental Charge
