Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is a prestigious holiday and golfing community ideally located on the US Highway 27, less than 15 minutes from Disney World.
Completed in June 2002 our beautiful 2-storey executive 4-bedroomed fully air conditioned villa is furnished to a very high standard and has cable TVs in all its bedrooms. The rear of the villa has fabulous views over the 10th Fairway and is situated only two minutes walk from the clubhouse, communal swimming pool, children's play area and tennis court.
The villa is ideal for one or two families, or a group of golfing enthusiast, as it will sleep eight people in its very spacious four bedrooms, but will also accommodate a further two people on a very comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king size bed, 19” cable TV with video player and luxurious en-suite facilities. The other bedrooms are located on the first floor together with the second bathroom, one has queen size bed and the other two have two single. All three bedrooms have 13” cable TV
The living room has vaulted ceilings with cathedral windows, which adds to its very light, airy and spacious feel. It has a 31” cable TV, DVD player and CD player, The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook and there is a further dining area with table and six chairs, from where the double patio doors open to the pool area.
Our 26' x 13' pool features underwater lighting and fountain jets and overlooks the 10th Fairway. Comfortable sun loungers and a table and chairs are provided. Pool heating can be arranged for the cooler season at an extra charge of £70 per week if pre-booked.
A utility room containing washer, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and in the master bedroom a hairdryer cater for your everyday needs. Bed linen and towels are also provided for your convenience.
