The top terrace can be reached from either the master bedroom or dining room. There are three bathrooms, one is en-suite. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded and all have over head fans and oil filled radiators. A put you up brings the total sleeping accomodation to 7.
The jacuzzi is on the lower terrace. A washing machine TV, video, sky decoder and card are provided.A basement room contains a pool table.
There is a security gate, which is only opened by remote control. This small device would be handed over to you when you arrive. Although the pool is communal, it is never very busy except at peak times as there are only 19 villas and all the residents are rarely there at the same time.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars, which are reasonably priced in both Moriara
and Teulada. There are two beaches. The town beach, which is 1.8 miles from the villa
and El Portet, is about 2.5 miles away. There are 8 golf courses within an hours drive approximatley of Moraira.

Prices are inclusive of water, gas, electric, bedding and bathroom towels. NOT BEACH TOWELS.
Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday only. Arrival time 4 pm. Departure time 10 am.
Payment 40% of total cost on booking to reserve property. Balance payable 6 weeks before commencement of holiday.
Bond £100 payable at the same time as balance. (Separate cheque made payable to Mrs. C. Guise-Smith please). Returned within two weeks of your departure providing villa left in a clean, tidy and damaged free state.
Long winter lets considered from October to February/March.
