The Location

Saddleridge Drive is situated on the western side of Kissimmee, in the Florida countryside, a couple of minutes drive from the Interstate 4 highway, which offers easy access to all the major routes in central Florida. Restaurants, fast food outlets, supermarkets and shops are less than ten minutes drive away. Main attractions and theme parks are approximately fifteen minutes drive away.

The Villa

Arranged as a single storey dwelling with over 1600 sq. ft of living space, is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to 10 people. The villa features a family room with sofa bed and two armchairs and cable television. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. It includes a full size cooker and built in microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are two master bedrooms with walk in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The two twin bedded rooms have fitted wardrobes and have a bathroom between them. A telephone is installed in the villa. Local calls are free – long distance calls may be charged to your credit card or phone card. Patio doors from the family room and one of the master bedrooms open on to the covered patio and screened swimming pool. The pool is 28 ft x 14 ft with a maximum depth of 6 ft. The whole area surrounding the pool is 'cool decked'. Poolside furniture completes the scene for your total enjoyment.
