Villa Serendipity is an elegant villa with four air-conditioned bedrooms, situated on an acre of mature tropical gardens with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. The upper and lower balconies look out over the pool and are ideal for the perfect cup of early morning coffee as well as for an evening cocktail and dinner.

This villa offers privacy and tranquillity. The large pool deck is located at the front of the property and takes maximum advantage of both the sun and the view. The pool is 28' by 14' and has a maximum depth of 4'10”.

The bedrooms are spacious and in addition to air-conditioning the three bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with ceiling fans. All windows are screened against mosquitoes. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom while the master bedroom and the ground floor suite have private bathrooms.

Villa Serendipity is located on Vigie peninsular, a short drive from the George F.L. Charles Airport. Vigie is five minutes from shopping and fifteen minutes from the main tourist strip at Rodney Bay. Vigie beach is within easy walking distance from the villa

Beach towels are supplied. Guests have the use of coolers for use at the beach or by the pool.

Arrangements can be made for car rental with 10% discount being passed on to the guest.

Weddings can be organised through an arrangement with a company specializing in exotic weddings.
