Our privately owned air-conditioned home sleeping 8-10 + cot with a screened heated swimming pool is situated at Florida Pines a quiet and well maintained residential location with a community pool and childrens play area. Florida Pines is just off Highway 27 and is ideally situated with Walt Disney World being only a 10 minute drive and Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and all of the other attractions in the International Drive area a 20 minute drive, it is also surrounded by championship golf courses.
The villa was completed in January 2002 and has been furnished to the highest standards by interior designers. Its features include a large master bedroom with walk in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a double shower and roman tub, three further large bedrooms with walk in wardrobes one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms one of which is Disney themed and a family bathroom. All household linens, towels (except pool towels), a cot, highchair and stroller are provided. A formal living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa, formal dining area seating six and a large fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven and a waste disposal unit. Within the kitchen area there is a nook with a table and four chairs and a door leading to the double garage/utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a family room with two sofas, cable TV, VCR, Hi-fi and patio doors that lead onto the screened pool area with 24' x 12' heated swimming pool with pool light, sundeck, pool furniture and gas BBQ.
Our management company have an office nearby and are on hand 24 hours a day should you need them. All prices include villa hire, cleaning after departure, local taxes, cot, highchair, stroller and gas BBQ.
