Consisting of three delightful bedrooms, two bathrooms, a charming living room with well-appointed dining room and kitchen, it is finished in white pickled pine and enriched by an exquisite interior design.

The cool relaxing island atmosphere of this delightful villa is enhanced by its tropical garden, enclosing a Jacuzzi and swimming pool on deck with a large surrounding verandah creating an enchanting entertainment area with seating and outdoor dining facilities for those who wish to enjoy the spectacular Caribbean skies.

Pavilion Cottage is a medium priced property with nearby beach facilities. Its close proximity to both Holetown and Speightstown, affords the added amenities of easy shopping and top class restaurants, making it an ideal location for that special villa holiday. This fully air-conditioned Villa comes complete with all equipment and utilities run by the private owner`s trained Cook, Maid/Laundress, Butler, Gardener and Villa Manager. Telephone, Fax Machine and Satellite Dish are also included.

Pavilion Cottage has easy access to a magnificent West Coast beach lapped by the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. We have made a special arrangement with Blue Reef Dive Shop, which is in close proximity to the famous Royal Pavilion Hotel and the Lone Star Restaurant, so that all our Guests may avail themselves of our own personal beach chairs which are enclosed in our private aluminium box which can be used for storing personal belongings and valuables whilst basking in the sun or swimming.

Sara Collins is our Villa Manager who will be greeting you at the airport and escorting you to the West Coast and Pavilion Cottage. Sara is a wealth of information, speaks German fluently, and will do her utmost to make your stay a memorable one!
